Who is Papalpreet Singh?

According to intelligence agencies, Pappalpreet is in direct contact with ISI to create an atmosphere of Khalistan in Punjab. He is involved in the conspiracy to spread terrorism in the state.

Punjab Police is looking for Khalistan supporter Amritpal Singh for 11 days. He is constantly changing his location. CCTVs are also coming out from various places of Amritpal, but by the time the police reach there, Amritpal changes his location. Meanwhile, along with the fugitive Amritpal, his partner Pappalpreet is coming like a shadow. Sometimes he is seen running with her on a bike and sometimes he is seen sitting on a Jugaad. Pappalpreet was with him when the police tried to arrest Amritpal in Hoshiarpur. Both managed to escape after evading the police.
