Giving information, spokesperson of Haryana Mahila Vikas Nigam said that the corporation is providing financial assistance in the form of subsidy for the upliftment of women and for them to establish their own enterprises, so that they can become economically successful in areas like agriculture, industry, trade. He said that under this scheme, loans up to Rs 3 lakh are provided through banks to permanent resident women/girls of Haryana from rural and urban areas, whose annual income does not exceed Rs 5 lakh and their age is 18 to 60 years.
