11 MAY (Ozi news desk): The Madras High Court recently made several amendments to a judgment issued on March 6 regarding a set of three writ of quo warranto petitions involving Ministers Udhayanidhi Stalin and P.K. Sekarbabu, as well as Nilgiris Member of Parliament A. Raja in relation to the Sanatana Dharma dispute.
Justice Anita Sumanth had initially delivered the verdict on the afternoon of March 6, with a digital version being uploaded to the High Court’s website on the following morning of March 7. However, by March 8, the original digital version was removed from the website and replaced with a revised copy that included various corrections to the judgment.
The verdict undergoes several revisions by the Madras High Court.
