The Chief Minister said that the general budget will be a meaningful achievement in the direction of making the country the leading economy of the world in accordance with the dreams of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. It is not only a budget, but also a vision of the future of India. It is a universal, universal and inclusive budget that gives new energy to the countrymen. It will contribute significantly in writing a new chapter of prosperity, poverty alleviation, socio-economic transformation and employment creation. Mr. Manohar Lal said that the concept of integrating all sections of the society into the mainstream of development is seen in every aspect of this budget. This budget is inclusive and futuristic, keeping in mind the empowerment of the workforce, youth, women and farmers. The budget has a special focus on infrastructure development, health, employment generation, housing, social welfare, farmer welfare, higher education, innovation and research, which will benefit Haryana. He said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, the central and state governments are taking important steps for the farmers. Announcement of Indian Institute of Millets for coarse grains, promotion of fisheries and horticulture sector or connecting 1 crore farmers with natural farming are many such decisions which will further strengthen our agricultural system. The Chief Minister said that many provisions have been made in this budget to connect the new India with technology. Encouraging DG Locker, E-Court like arrangements will bring the country further in the age of technology. Decisions like making indigenous mobiles cheaper and helping the MSMEs affected by Corona will strengthen the MSME sector, which will further strengthen the Indian economy. The budget took care of all classes from farmers to laborers, from old people to youths, from wage earners to those who have their own business. This budget will prove to be a milestone in achieving the target of Antondeya. Haryana will also take inspiration from this budget and make its budget keeping two and a half crore Haryana residents in mind.
