Patiala,15-02-23(Press Ki Taquat): Regarding the economic problems of the employees working on contract basis in various government institutions and the repeated demand for increase in their salaries and regularization, the New Patiala Welfare Club Under the leadership of President Arvinder Kumar Kaka, there was a protest against the Mann government. Meanwhile, President Arvinder Kumar Kaka questioned the policy and intention of the government and said that first the Akali government and then the Captain government after that, the Channi government kept saying that raw employees should be fixed. There are legal hurdles and now the current Hon’ble government is also saying the same thing. The employees who have been working on casual basis for more than 15 and 20 years should be made permanent and should be given immediate wages equal to permanent employees. They do and these raw workers Rians should be paid at par with permanent employees, but no efforts have been made by the government. On the contrary, the previous governments have exploited the raw workers. President Arvinder Kumar Kaka expressed deep concern about the problems of the raw workers and the low remuneration they are getting in exchange for work. The work is being done only to fill the box. They demanded that the wages of the raw workers should be made equal to the permanent workers, the raw workers work at lower wages with the hope that they will get the same salary as the permanent workers, but even after 15 and 20 years, the dream of remuneration according to the work is not fulfilled. If there were these economic hardships, Turshis continue to struggle for years and are able to meet their domestic needs, they are deprived of every facility by the government, neither bonus, nor medical allowance, nor house, nor any kind of rent. Those who are living a hellish life. President Arvinder Kumar Kaka demanded from the Hon’ble Government that the salary of raw employees should be equal to that of permanent employees. Which is in the hands of the Hon’ble Government and there is no legal delay in it. New Patiala Welfare Club will continue its struggle to implement the Equal Work Equal Pay decision. On this occasion, Avtar Singh, Aman Kumar, Sahil Salmani, Rampal Singh, Jagjit Singh, Prabhajit Singh, Hukum Singh, Jang Khan, Gagandeep Singh, Jora Singh. , Ramjan Khan, Vijay Kumar, Baljinder Singh, Maan Singh, Pradeep Kumar, Karam Singh, Mohan Singh, Mangat Ram, Saddeep Singh, Surinder Kumar, Tony Singh, Rohit Sharma, Sudhagar Khan, Raj Kumar, Paramjit Kumar, Sant Singh, Kuldeep Singh, Pyare Lal etc. were present.
