Mumbai, 22 february (ozi news desk): The Bombay High Court nullified the Look Out Circulars (LOCs) issued by the CBI against Rhea Chakraborty, her brother, and father in relation to the investigation into Sushant Singh Rajput’s death.
Justices Revati Mohite Dere and Manjusha Deshpande granted the petitions filed by Rhea Chakraborty, her brother Showik, and their father Indrajit against the LOCs issued in 2020.
Despite CBI’s request to delay the order, the High Court bench declined to do so. The investigation into Rajput’s death began with an Accidental Death Report by Mumbai police and later involved a complaint by Rajput’s father to Bihar police, leading to CBI’s involvement and the subsequent issuance of LOCs.
