Unfortunately, the injury occurred while he was fielding on Saturday, preventing him from participating in the upcoming match.The Indian team management has announced that Shubman Gill sustained an injury to his right index finger while fielding on Day 2. As a result, he will not be participating in today’s match. Gill, who plays a crucial role in the slip cordon, had successfully taken four catches during England’s first innings, showcasing his exceptional fielding skills.At the conclusion of Day 3, England had reached a score of 67 for one, as they pursued a target of 399.
