In an old conversation with Curly Tales, Palash recalled how he once sang for Shah Rukh Khan during a play.
In the same interaction, Palash also shared that Shah Rukh was always clear about his goals in life. He said, “He knew he wanted to become an actor and a very big actor at that. He was very certain about it. But in my case, it was all about education. I had to become a doctor… Whatever I am today is because of this school. This school made me. And if you ask Shah Rukh, he will say the same thing.”
He further mentioned that back then, the two were “inseparable,” but after school, they “gradually drifted apart.” He said, “After school, we met very rarely—at some party or event, but those instances were very few. People might wonder why they didn’t meet if they were such good friends, but he is my friend, and whenever I meet him, he will always remain my friend.”
Palash expressed that he feels proud of the height Shah Rukh has reached today. He added, “I am just proud of everything he has achieved in life. I am always very happy for him.
