Chandigarh, August 25, 2025:
The Punjab Public Relations Department has reshuffled key responsibilities, assigning new charges to eight senior officers in an effort to enhance departmental efficiency and streamline operations.
As per the latest official order, the following officers have been entrusted with new duties across various specialized branches:
Sundeep Singh Garha, PCS, Additional Director (Administration), will now oversee Administration, Store, Technical Branch, and serve as Additional CEO of Punmedia.
Randeep Ahluwalia, Additional Director, has been assigned the Establishment Branch, CPA, RTI (as Public Information Officer), Art Section, and Song & Drama.
Harjeet Singh, Additional Director, will be in charge of the Field, Punmedia Society, Library, PFNC, and all three Social Media Agencies.
Preet Kanwal Singh, Joint Director, assumes responsibility as Nodal Officer for PGRS, CVO, R&R, Store, and Film Division.
Ishwinder Singh Grewal, Joint Director, will handle Production, Clipping, and Photostat.
Manvinder Singh, Joint Director, is tasked with overseeing Electronic Media, Social Media and Web Channel, Magazine, and CMO communications.
Shikha Nehra, Deputy Director, will take charge of the Technical Branch.
Navdeep Singh Gill, Deputy Director, is assigned the Press Section, Photo Section, PFA, and Print Media.
