Chairman of Reliance Industries Limited Mukesh Ambani reached Badrinath on Thursday with his family to offer prayers at the Badrinarayan Temple.

The industrialist visits the holy shrine every year and was welcomed by the chairmain and vice-chairman of the Badrinath-Kedarnath Temple Committee as well as former BKTC CEO BD Singh. He later also paid a visit to Kedarnath.

The Ambani family is known to be a regular at temples and holy shrines. Last month, Mukesh Ambani, his wife Nita Ambani, and other family members visited Siddhivinayak Temple in Mumbai to seek Lord Ganpati’s blessings.

They also hosted a star-studded get-together at their Mumbai residence Antilia to celebrate the festival of Ganesh Chaturthi. The celebration brought together some of the renowned members from Bollywood, sports, business, and political fraternities.

Mukesh Ambani had also visited Badrinath Dham and Kedarnath Dham last year with his youngest son Anant Ambani’s fiancée Radhika Merchant.

According to PTI, during his visit to Guruvayur Temple in Kerala, the Reliance boss offered prayers to Lord Shri Krishna and donated ₹1.51 crores to the temple’s ‘annadanam’ fund.

Ambani also donated ₹1.5 crore when he visited Tirupati Balaji Temple in Andhra Pradesh, according to LiveMint. In September, he paid a visit to the Shrinathji temple in Nathdwara, Rajasthan, and offered prayers.
