Charkhi Dadri, May 22 (Ozi news desk): Rahul Gandhi, a prominent leader of the Congress party, made several significant announcements during a rally in the Charkhi Dadri Assembly segment of the Bhiwani-Mahendragarh Lok Sabha constituency. He emphasized that if the INDIA bloc forms a government at the Centre, they would waive the loans of farmers and enact a law to ensure the provision of Minimum Support Price (MSP) for agricultural produce. Rahul also expressed his determination to discard the Agniveer scheme and reinstate regular service in the Armed Forces. His announcements were met with enthusiastic applause from the rally participants, who braved the scorching heat to attend the event. Taking a dig at the media, Rahul criticized the owners of media organizations, suggesting that they were friends of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and wealthy individuals. In response to a participant’s slogan praising him as the king of the nation, Rahul humbly stated that he considered himself as the people’s son and brother. However, the rally was marred by an incident of infighting within the Congress party, as an altercation occurred between Congress candidate Rao Dan Singh and Tosham MLA Kiran Choudhry on the stage.
