Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann calls on parents of students to attend Mega PTM with full vigour
School Education Minister Harjot Singh Bains invites parents for Mega PTM to witness this education revolution
More than 20 lakh parents will participate

Issuing a message, Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann has invited to the parents of the government school students of the state to attend Mega PTM. He said that parents must attend the Parents-Teachers Meet so that they can get information about their wards and also give suggestions regarding the improvement in education system.
Chief Minister said that the Punjab government is committed and making efforts to raise the standard of all government schools in the state and restore their glory.
He said that in this Mega PTM, teachers and parents will share the feedback about children. Parents should also know about the child’s activities in school besides the teachers will know about the student’s life after the school. Parents will also take stock about the facilities being given into the school premises. He urged the parents to give suggestions about the future of their wards and shared grievances (if any) with teachers.
In his message, the Chief Minister said that his dream to carve out Rangla Punjab will realize with the active participation of all sections of the society.
Under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, the School Education Department will hold Parents-Teachers meeting at 19109 government primary schools and upper primary schools across Punjab on December 16,2023, The department had expected to involve more than 20 lakh parents in this meet.
Divulging this, Punjab School Education Minister Harjot Bains said that during this program, which will organised from 10:00 am to 3:30 pm, teachers, students and their parents, school management committees and other renowned persons will sit together and discuss ways to improve the education system. He said that exhibitions showcasing the works done in schools, library Langars and academic achievements to be the center of attraction of this program.
He told that aim of organising this MAGA P.T.M. is to provide direct feedback between parents and teachers regarding the performance of the students. Apart from this, teachers will share information with parents regarding Mission Samarth, Mission 100 percent, school attendance of students and new admissions.
School education minister Mr.Harjot Singh Bains also invited parents for the Mega PTM to witness this massive education revolution initiated in Punjab.
Meanwhile the Education Minister called the parents that they should must take part in this Mega PTM and witness the radical world class changes in school education initiated by the Punjab Government led by Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann such as Campus Manager, Security Guards, Class Room, Labs, Top Notch Playing Grounds, Transport Service and School of Eminence.
He also appealed to the students to bring grandparents with them in this Mega PTM.
