Prime Minister Narendra Modi celebrated his 75th birthday today, marking a significant milestone in his political journey. Born on September 17, 1950, in the Mehsana district of Gujarat, Modi’s political career began with his tenure as the Chief Minister of Gujarat, a role he held for three consecutive terms from 2001 until 2014. Following this period, he ascended to the position of Prime Minister, a role he has maintained since 2014, now serving his third term. In honor of his birthday, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has initiated “Sewa Pakhwara,” a two-week series of nationwide programs that underscore Modi’s commitment to public welfare and humanitarian service. This initiative, running from September 17 to October 2, encompasses a variety of activities, including blood donation drives, cleanliness campaigns, and the ‘Namo Yuva Run.’ Additionally, the launch of the ‘Suman Sakhi’ chatbot and the ‘Ek Bagicha Maa Ke Naam’ plantation drive are also part of the celebrations, reflecting the BJP’s dedication to community engagement and environmental sustainability.
