Similarly, Hisar recorded a temperature of 3 degrees while Shimla recorded a minimum temperature of 4 degrees Celsius. The Meteorological Department has predicted more cold weather in Punjab in the coming days. Along with this, an alert has been issued in view of the possibility of dense fog in Punjab tomorrow and December 24, while an alert has also been issued for December 25 and 26.
According to the information received, the minimum temperature today in Punjab capital Chandigarh is 6.3 degrees Celsius, 4.8 in Amritsar, 5.7 in Patiala, 7.2 in Pathankot, 6 in Bathinda, 5.4 in Faridkot, 5.5 in Gurdaspur, 6.6 in Nawanshahr, 5.2 in Barnala, Ferozepur recorded 5.9, Fatehgarh Sahib 6.2, Moga 4.9, Mohali 9.2 and Ropar 5.9 degrees Celsius. This temperature is 1 to 2 degrees Celsius lower than normal. The minimum temperature in Haryana was 5.9 degrees Celsius in Ambala, 5.1 in Karnal, 4.8 in Mahindergarh, 6.6 in Rohtak, 7-7 in Bhiwani and Sirsa, 3.5 in Fatiabad, 7.5 in Gurugram, 5.8 in Jhajjar, 6.5 in Jind, 6.5 in Karnal. 5.3, Panipat recorded 4.8, Rewari 4.1 and Yamunanagar 4.7 degrees Celsius.
