Patna: The intense campaigning for the initial phase of the Bihar Assembly elections, which encompasses 121 constituencies, came to a close on Tuesday evening, following weeks characterized by heated debates, personal jabs, and divisive rhetoric. Prominent figures from key political parties, including the BJP, JDU, RJD, and Congress, traversed the state, engaging in rallies and roadshows aimed at attracting voters in anticipation of these significant elections. The first round of voting is set for November 6, covering 122 constituencies, while the second phase, which will address the remaining 122 seats, is scheduled for November 11. The results for all voting phases will be tallied on November 14, marking a critical moment in the electoral process for Bihar.
