Mumbai, 22-04-2023 (Press Ki Taquat) – The 31st match of IPL 2023 will be played today between Punjab Kings and Mumbai Indians at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai at 7.30 pm. Mumbai Indians, who usually started off slowly, have found a winning streak and Mumbai got off to a poor start by losing their first two matches, but have since gone on to beat Delhi Capitals, Kolkata Knight Riders and Sunrisers Hyderabad. So far, it is at the sixth position in the points table.
On the other hand, Punjab is at the seventh position in the points list. They are missing regular skipper Shikhar Dhawan, who has missed the last two matches due to injury and is doubtful for the match against Mumbai at the Wankhede Stadium. Dhawan’s role is important for Punjab. He had batted brilliantly in the opening matches but had to sit out after that due to a shoulder injury.
