Important meeting with Panjab University regarding recognition of colleges of Haryana

Chandigarh, 05-06-2023 (Press Ki Taquat)- Haryana Chief Minister Mr. Manohar Lal and Punjab Chief Minister Shri. A meeting was held with Bhagwant Hon. , Chandigarh. In the meeting, the issue of accreditation of Haryana colleges with Punjab University Chandigarh was discussed in detail. The next meeting in this regard will be held on July 3 at 11 am.

Shri Banwari Lal Purohit said that the culture of India has been to spread education. People from all over the world used to come to Takshshila and Nalanda University to get education. Therefore, giving children opportunities for education is a constructive thought. Therefore, colleges of Haryana should be recognized by Punjab University. He said that colleges in three districts of Haryana, Panchkula, Ambala and Yamunanagar, should be given the option of affiliation with Punjab University.
