Hyderabad, 3 june (Ozi news desk): The application process for admission to the PhD programs at the University of Hyderabad has officially commenced. The University is offering admissions for various courses such as translation studies, English language studies, health sciences, materials engineering, and nanoscience technology.
Prospective candidates are required to submit their applications online through the official website of the University of Hyderabad. Detailed information regarding the courses available, eligibility criteria, application fees, reservation policy, and prospectus can be found on the website.
The deadline for registration is June 18, and candidates can access their admit cards online starting from June 28. The entrance examination is scheduled to take place on July 7, with Hyderabad being the only designated exam center as the exams will be held on the University campus.
Admission to PhD programs in disciplines other than those mentioned earlier will be conducted through UGC NET, CSIR-NET, 2024, and the schedule for these exams will be announced separately. The University of Hyderabad will compile a list of shortlisted candidates who will be invited for the final interview, and this list will be made available on the official portal.
The PhD programs that will consider UGC NET and CSIR NET scores for admission include subjects such as mathematics, applied mathematics, computer science, physics, communication, education, chemistry, biochemistry, plant sciences, English, animal biology, philosophy, Hindi, Telugu, Urdu, and 28 other subjects.
