Chandigarh, 16-05-2023 (Press Ki Taquat)- Finance Minister Harpal Cheema has got relief from the High Court. This case was going on in the district court of Chandigarh. The case is of 2020, when a demonstration was being held against the then Congress government.
There was a clash with the police during the demonstration. Meanwhile, an FIR was registered by the Chandigarh police. The High Court has been requested to quash the FIR. The Chairman of MilfFed Narendra Shergill has also got relief from the High Court. The High Court has stopped the hearing of the ongoing case in the Chandigarh trial court.
