2. Furthermore, Chief Minister Saini emphasized the importance of addressing the backlog of vacancies for Backward Classes in Groups A and B. He highlighted the need to prioritize filling these vacancies through a special recruitment drive, ensuring that deserving candidates from these communities are given fair opportunities for employment.
3. Another key aspect of the announcement was the increase in the annual income limit for the creamy layer from Rs 6 lakh to Rs 8 lakh. This adjustment is expected to have a positive impact on employment prospects for individuals from the Other Backward Classes (OBC) category, allowing more individuals to benefit from government job opportunities.
