Chandigarh, 24-05-2023 (Press Ki Taquat)– Haryana Public Enterprises Bureau Chairman Mr. Subhash Barala said that the new officials should focus on public welfare policies so that maximum number of people can benefit.

He was familiarizing the trainee administrative officers with the working style of Haryana Public Enterprises Bureau in his office here today. He gave detailed information about the important works being done by the Bureau.

Mr. Subhash Barala gave the trainee IAS officers of the year 2022-24 batch the challenges that will come in the field in the future and tips to deal with them. He said that you have to understand the sufferings of the poor and the common people and take such decisions that give a glimpse of the spirit of Antondeya. Try to prove yourself as a better officer by solving problems with simplicity.

The Chairman of Haryana Public Enterprises Bureau, Mr. Subhash Barala, while giving a summary of the work done by the state government under the leadership of Chief Minister Mr. Manohar Lal with honesty and transparency, said that as soon as he assumed power, the Chief Minister made such a transparent transfer policy of teachers that Other states have also followed suit. After this, by implementing the online transfer policy in other departments of Haryana, the ever-present fear of transfer among the employees has also been removed. Eligible youths are being recruited in the jobs on merit basis due to which the work has sped up.

Mr. Barala urged to work fully for the conservation of natural solutions and said that it is everyone’s responsibility to take care of the environment, the future generation will get clean air and water only when we plant trees and use pesticides to a minimum.

He encouraged these trained administrative officers to implement the public interest and development schemes of the state government with immediate effect and priority. He said that he should try to live up to the expectations of the government and the public.
