Investigations have unveiled a disturbing terror plot orchestrated by Dr. Shaheen, who was at the forefront of efforts to recruit and train Muslim girls and women to serve as human bombs. Sources indicate that authorities discovered crucial evidence from Dr. Shaheen’s deleted WhatsApp conversations, which outlined her intentions to carry out these lethal attacks under the alias ‘Mujahid Jangju.’ Dr. Shaheen specifically targeted Muslim women who were either divorced or estranged from their families, as well as girls aged 14 to 18, whom she considered particularly susceptible to radicalization. She took on the responsibility of identifying these potential recruits and providing them with training, focusing on the most radicalized segments of Muslim girls and women for a mission referred to as ‘Mission Kafir.’ Furthermore, extensive investigations have revealed a series of suspicious banking transactions associated with Dr. Shaheen and her associates—Dr. Adil, Dr. Arif, and Dr. Parvez—totaling over 40 crore rupees over a span of seven years. These financial records exhibited a systematic pattern of money inflow and outflow in small, coded amounts, often with a single rupee added to signal covert messages, indicating a sophisticated funding operation for terror-related activities. Dr. Shaheen also managed multiple terror cells throughout Uttar Pradesh, organizing teams of five doctors each, led by individuals designated as “HOD” (Head of Department) in a coded manner. She enforced strict communication protocols to maintain operational secrecy, ensuring that each team operated independently and was unaware of the others, thereby employing a sleeper cell strategy. Additionally, her network had connections to commanders from the Pakistan-based Jaish, with evidence suggesting coordinated efforts in terror training and the exchange of bomb-making instructional videos. These alarming revelations underscore the complexity and extensive nature of the terror conspiracy, highlighting Dr. Shaheen’s central role in orchestrating one of the most perilous recruitment drives aimed at exploiting vulnerable Muslim girls and women for human bomb missions within India.
