Patiala, March 16(Press Ki Taquat): Minister of Health and Family Welfare and Medical Education and Research of Punjab Dr. Balbir Singh has ordered the district officials to submit the progress report every month after taking stock of the development projects of Patiala and the administrative services being provided to the people. On this occasion, besides Patiala MLA Ajit Pal Singh Kohli, Punjab Mandi Board Chairman Harchand Singh Burst, PRTC. Chairman Ranjodh Singh Hadana, District Planning Committee Chairman Jassi Sohianwala and Improvement Trust Chairman Megh Chand Shermajra were also present. Dr. Balbir Singh praised the district administration for solving the cyber crime cases of the district police including public convenience camps, mall convenience camps and public hearing camps by the municipal corporation and starting the help desk service. He said that just as Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann is providing a corruption-free, transparent and people-friendly government with a pro-people budget, on the same lines, the district officials are also making new efforts to convey the new thinking of the government to the people. He said that the Punjab government is making a mental health policy very soon so that our youth can be drug free and Punjab can be saved from cancer to make it a prosperous Punjab.

Deputy Commissioner Sakshi Sahni and S.S.P. Varun Sharma Dr. He assured Balbir Singh and MLA Ajitpal Singh Kohli that transparent and clean administration will be provided to the district residents as per the instructions of the Punjab government. While Municipal Corporation Commissioner Aditya Upal informed about the progress of the ongoing development projects under the Municipal Corporation. Dr. Balbir Singh instructed that special efforts should be made to relieve people from the problem of stray animals and dogs. Dr. Balbir Singh and MLA Ajitpal Singh Kohli have organized small river, big river, canal water project, green belt, heritage street, drug addiction center, dairy shifting project, PDA. NOCs, Housing for Economically Weaker Sections, New Bus Stand, Model Town Drain, Aam Aadmi Clinic under third phase, Renovation of Rajindra Hospital Emergency for better health services, Sub Division at C. Renovation of H. C. Hospitals, School of Eminence, Agriculture, reviewed the traffic problem in the city and gave necessary instructions. Meanwhile Harchand Singh Burst, Chairman of Punjab Mandi Board, PRTC. Chairman Ranjodh Singh Hadana, District Planning Committee Chairman Jassi Sohianwala and Improvement Trust Chairman Megh Chand Shermajra also raised various issues related to public interest. In the meeting, ADCs Gautam Jain, Gurpreet Singh Thind, Esha Singhal, S.P. City Mohammad Sarfaraz Alam, Municipal Corporation Joint Commissioner Naman Markann, SDM. Dr. Ismat Vijay Singh, Civil Surgeon Dr. Dr. Dalbir Kaur, Medical Superintendent of Rajindra Hospital. H.S. Officials of all departments including Rekhi were present.
