A Delhi court will pronounce its verdict on Friday on the bail application of senior AAP leader Sanjay Singh, who was arrested in the money laundering case related to the alleged Delhi Excise Policy scam. Special Judge M.K. Nagpal adjourned the hearing of the case on Thursday and said that the verdict will be pronounced on Friday at half past three. The court reserved its decision on Sanjay Singh’s bail application on December 12. During the arguments, Mohit Mathur, senior counsel for Sanjay Singh, told the judge that the ED had not called Singh even once for questioning before arresting him and claimed that the statements of Dinesh Arora, a government witness from Mulzat, and other witnesses also. They are opposites.
