Patiala (Parminder/Grewal)(Press Ki Taquat):  Government College of Education, Patiala organized a program under Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan launched by Ministry of Social Justice and Education, Government of India by Youth Federation of India and Power House Youth Club in collaboration with NSS Unit Hon’ble Deputy It was organized under the patronage of Commissioner Patiala Saksi Sahni and SSP Patiala Varun Sharma, in which the chief guest Professor Parminder Singh Principal Governor College of Education Patiala attended, the program was inaugurated by Vice Principal Kiranjit Kaur and Professor Hardeep Kaur Saini In-charge. SS presided over the program by Dr Deepika Rajpal and Shahide Azam Sardar Bhagat Singh Raj Yuva Award Winner Parminder Bhalwan Member Drug Free Bharat Abhiyan, Specially Lieutenant Jagdeep Singh Joshi, Governor Awardee Jatwinder Grewal Member Drug Free Bharat Abhiyan, State Awardees Rupinder Kaur, Rudar Pratap Singh, and Asst Prof. Yaspreet Singh, Dr. Manpreet Kaur, Dr. Yogita Sarwal, Dr. Inderjit Cheema, Dr. Preeti Bhatia, Dr. Rekha, Dr. K. GP Singh, Dr. Navneet JG, all professors at Gormint College. of Education Patiala attended, while addressing on this occasion, Principal Parvinder Singh said that the contribution of NSS students in the awareness campaign against drugs is a very commendable step. , doing manual work, cleaning the surroundings and apart from this, the students are also made aware against social evils. Accordingly, the contribution made by NSS students during the awareness program against drugs is highly commendable, on this occasion against drugs. The students who participated in the awareness program and the students who rendered services as volunteers during the craft fair were honored with certificates and medals by the social service organizations Power House Youth Club and Youth Federation of India. Speaking on the occasion, State Awardee Parminder Bhalwan and Governor Awardee Jatvinder Grewal said that awareness programs against drugs are being conducted serially in various schools and colleges of Patiala district under NASA Mukt Bharat Abhiyan so that the youth can be made aware against drugs.
