Chandigarh, 10-05-2023 (Press Ki Taquat) – Haryana Chief Minister Mr. Manohar Lal said that the fourth Jan Samwad program will be organized in Sirsa from May 13 to 15 under the Jan Samwad programme. Under this, a dialogue will be held directly with the people of many villages of district Sirsa.
The Chief Minister gave this information while talking to reporters late yesterday evening. He also inaugurated the CM Grievance Redressal and Monitoring System Jan Samwad Portal.
A complete account will be kept by uploading the issues and suggestions under the public dialogue program on this portal. After this, the concerned authorities will also ensure the resolution of these problems and the complainant will also get a message about the problem. He said that more than 600 services come under the Right to Service Act. Apart from these, the authorities will ensure timely resolution of all the problems that arise.
The Chief Minister said that these issues will be uploaded on the portal at the district and headquarters level to implement all the issues faced by the government while interacting with the public. He said that Nagar Darshan portal at the urban level and Gram Darshan portal at the village level have been created to diagnose the problems of the people. On these, citizens can also upload their problems and development work at home. After this the complaint will go to the officer himself and he will take action on them and complete the work by providing estimate and budget etc.
The Chief Minister said that earlier the problems coming to these portals were given consent through representatives, but now citizens can directly send the problems to the portal. He said that a better mechanism has been prepared by the government to provide good services to the citizens, on which accountability is also being ensured. He said that so far 3609 people have registered their complaints on this demo portal.
The Chief Minister said that every Saturday he interacts with a section of the state through audio conferencing. In these there is a direct conversation with the people and the workers also join it. Apart from this, concerned authorities are also involved in it. Who listen to the problems they face and ensure their solution.
On this occasion, Additional Principal Secretary to Chief Minister Dr. Amit Agarwal, Joint Director (Administration), Department of Information, Public Relations, Language and Culture Mr. Gaurav Gupta were also present.
