New Delhi,February 17 (ozi news desk): Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal was granted exemption from personal appearance by a Delhi court on Saturday. The court allowed this after Kejriwal appeared via videoconferencing and requested exemption due to the ongoing Budget session of the Delhi Assembly.
Kejriwal assured the court that he would appear in person on the next hearing date, which has been adjourned to March 16. The exemption was granted in connection with a complaint filed by the ED against Kejriwal for non-compliance with summonses in a money laundering case related to the now-scrapped excise policy.
