Two buses collided on Yamuna Expressway in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, resulting in at least 40 people being injured.
The incident occurred when a bus traveling from Agra to Noida collided with another bus approaching from the opposite direction on the expressway. Out of the injured individuals, four are reported to be in critical condition.
They were promptly taken to district hospitals for immediate medical attention. Additionally, the police and senior district officials arrived at the scene to assess the situation.
According to the locals, the occurrence of the accident was attributed to the presence of thick fog, resulting in poor visibility along the road.
