– All the best literary awards in Punjabi, Hindi, Sanskrit and Urdu announced

Chandigarh: The Punjab Government has announced four best literary book awards related to different genres of Hindi for the year 2024 under the best literary book awards conferred by the Department of Languages, Punjab to books in Punjabi, Hindi, Sanskrit and Urdu every year.
In this regard, Director, Department of Languages, Punjab, Mr. Jaswant Singh Zafar said that these awards will be presented at Bhasha Bhawan, Patiala during the state level functions of Punjabi Maah in November 2024. He said that for these awards, the books printed during the year 2023 were demanded for the best book awards and these books were evaluated by learned subject experts from different fields and the best books were selected. The award carries a plaque and a shawl along with the prize money. Mr. Zafar said that the department has announced all the best literary book awards till 2024.
