Mainpuri, July 6 (Ozi news desk): Suraj Pal Singh, also known as “Bhole Baba,” addressed the tragic Hathras stampede incident on Saturday, expressing his deep sorrow over the loss of 121 lives on July 2. He urged the public to have faith in the government and administration, assuring that those responsible for the chaos would face consequences for their actions.
The self-proclaimed godman emphasized the importance of supporting the affected families and the injured individuals, seeking assistance from his lawyer AP Singh to provide aid and comfort to those in need. Despite the police FIR indicating that the gathering exceeded the permitted number, Singh remained steadfast in his belief that justice would prevail.
The primary suspect, Devprakash Madhukar, surrendered to the authorities, including the Special Investigation Team (SIT), Special Task Force (STF), and Uttar Pradesh police, as confirmed by his legal representative AP Singh in a video statement released on Friday. The ongoing investigation aims to uncover the truth behind the tragic incident and hold accountable those responsible for the devastating loss of lives.
