Mrs. Amarjeet Kaur Pooja, Chairperson of the Anmol Muskaan Kanti Patni Deep Singh Charitable Trust, announced that the trust is set to launch a major welfare initiative in the near future aimed at strengthening menstrual health and hygiene for young girl students and needy women living in rural areas.
She stated that under this initiative, a comprehensive series of programs will be conducted — including special awareness camps on menstrual health, distribution of sanitary pads to underprivileged women, and support schemes designed to address the essential needs of economically weaker families.
Mrs. Amarjeet Kaur Pooja further said that the primary mission of the Anmol Muskaan Charitable Trust is to connect underprivileged women with basic yet essential health facilities, enabling them to take confident steps towards a healthier life.
Highlighting the challenges faced in rural regions, she noted that due to widespread misconceptions and lack of proper information regarding menstrual health, many women still remain deprived of fundamental resources. This newly launched initiative by the Trust will play a pivotal role in bridging this gap and addressing the long-standing needs of rural communities.
She added that the Trust’s mission goes far beyond providing material assistance — it is also a dedicated effort to instill confidence, awareness, and a sense of self-reliance among women, empowering them to lead dignified and healthier lives.
The Anmol Muskaan Charitable Trust will soon formally announce the launch of the first phase of this noble and far-reaching initiative.
