Haryana,23-03-23(Press KI Taquat)- The Punjab Police is conducting continuous raids regarding the arrest of Amritpal Singh, the head of ‘Waris Punjab De’. Even after 6 days of Amritpal’s escape, the police are still empty-handed. A lot of information has come out from the sources. It is being told that Amritpal crossed the border of Punjab and reached Haryana. Amritpal took shelter in a house in Siddharth Colony located in Shahbad, Haryana. However, the local police do not confirm this.
Amritpal stayed in Shahabad on March 19-20 and a woman has been detained in this connection, who is being interrogated. Now there is a possibility that Amritpal may try to enter Uttarakhand via Yamunanagar via Shahbad, due to which the Uttarakhand Police has been alerted.
Amritpal has been targeted by the NSA
Alert is on in neighboring states including Punjab regarding Amritpal. National Security Act (NSA) has been imposed on Amritpal Singh on March 18. The Punjab government informed the Punjab and Haryana High Court about this, in response to which the High Court said that the whole matter is an intelligence failure. The High Court asked that if Amritpal is a threat to the country, why is he absconding? What are 80 thousand police personnel doing? Presently, the Punjab Police was looking for Amritpal. C. T.
