After Amritpal’s location was found in Lakhimpur Khiri, it was confirmed that he reached Phagwara in Punjab through Uttarakhand number vehicle. The Punjab Police caught the vehicle but Amritpal Singh escaped. After the Uttarakhand number vehicle was caught, the Punjab Police has also arrested the driver.
