It has been reported that renowned actor Amitabh Bachchan has recently acquired a piece of land in a luxurious residential area in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh. This holy town is where the magnificent Ram temple is scheduled to open later this month. The Mumbai-based developer, The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL), has chosen not to disclose the exact size and value of the plot. However, industry insiders estimate it to be approximately 10,000 square feet and worth ₹14.5 crore. According to Hindustan Times, the Sarayu, which spans across 51 acres, will be officially inaugurated on January 22, coinciding with the grand consecration ceremony of the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple in Ayodhya.
As per the developer, the temple is approximately a 15-minute drive away, while the airport is about half an hour away. The project is slated to be finished by March 2028 and will include a luxurious five-star palace hotel.
