Jalandhar, February 26 (ozi news desk): On Monday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated railway infrastructure projects, which include the renovation of 534 railway stations, with three stations in Punjab – Jalandhar, Beas, and Moga.
Punjab Governor Banwarilal Purohit commended Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s rapid development efforts.With projects worth Rs 23,810 crore already in progress in Punjab, the governor mentioned that work on 30 upcoming projects is set to begin soon.
He praised the transformative experience of traveling on the Vande Bharat Express, calling it enlightening.
Having served as governor in various states, the governor expressed that Punjab holds a special place in his heart.
He emphasised PM Modi’s unwavering commitment to the welfare of farmers and assured that he would take all necessary steps for their benefit.
