President Draupadi Murmu, Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and BJP leaders, ministers and others today paid tributes to ‘Bharat Ratna’ Atal Bihari Vajpayee on his 99th birth anniversary. Mr. Modi said that the former Prime Minister was busy all his life in accelerating nation building. Former Prime Minister of India Atal Bihari Vajpayee was born on this day in 1924. His first tenure in 1996 was just 13 days. After this, he became the Prime Minister again in 1998 and remained in this position for 13 months. In the year 1999, he became the Prime Minister of the country for the third time.
