ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ, 5 ਜੁਲਾਈ (ਪ੍ਰੈਸ ਕੀ ਤਾਕਤ ਬਿਊਰੋ) : ਸੁਖਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਦਲ ਨੇ ਪ੍ਰੈੱਸ ਕਾਂਨਫਰੈਂਸ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ ਕਿ ਕੁਝ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਚ ਇਕ ਵੱਡੀ ਬਹਿਸ ਚੱਲ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਵਿਚ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੁੱਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਥਰਮਲ ਪਲਾਂਟ ਜੋ ਬੰਦ ਹਨ ਉਹ ਹੈ। ਸੁਖਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਦਲ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਸਾਰੇ ਹਾਲਾਤ ਕੈਪਟਨ ਅਮਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੀ ਨਾਲਾਇਕੀ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਬਣੇ ਹਨ । ਇਕ ਵੀ ਥਰਮਲ ਪਲਾਂਟ ਕੈਪਟਨ ਵਲੋਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਲਗਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ । ਇੰਡਸਟਰੀ ਦਾ ਅਰਬਾਂ ਦਾ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ । ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕੈਪਟਨ ਅਮਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਮਹਿਕਮੇ ਨਾਲ ਇਕ ਵੀ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਨਾ ਹੀ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਦਫ਼ਤਰ ਗਏ ਹਨ।
ਅਮਰਿੰਦਰ ਨੇ ਇਕ ਵੀ ਥਰਮਲ ਪਲਾਂਟ ਨਹੀਂ ਲਗਾਇਆ, ਕੈਪਟਨ ਦੀ ਨਾਲਾਇਕੀ ਕਰਕੇ ਬਣੇ ਇਹ ਹਾਲਾਤ : ਸੁਖਬੀਰ ਬਾਦਲ
