बीते दिन पटियाला में कबाड़ की तोड़फोड़ करने के समय हुए धमाके में बिक्रम सिंह नाम के 21 वर्षीय नौजवान की मौत हो गई थी, जबकि 55 वर्षीय मनोहर सिंह घायल हो गया था। इस संबंधी स्वास्थ्य मंत्री ब्रह्म महिंद्रा ने दोनों परिवारों के साथ दुःख सांझा किया और घटनास्थल का जायज़ा लिया।
