चंडीगढ़ : आम आदमी पार्टी के विधायक और विरोधी विपक्ष के नेता सुखपाल खैहरा को हाईकोर्ट ने बड़ा झटका देते हुए उनकी याचिका रद्द दी है। बता दें कि नशा तस्करी के मामले में सुखपाल खैहरा को फाजिल्का अदालत में सम्मन जारी किए गए हैं, जिसके बाद खैहरा ने इस पर रोक लगाने के लिए पंजाब एंड हरियाणा हाईकोर्ट में याचिका दायर की थी पर शुक्रवार को अदालत ने उनकी इस याचिका को रद्द कर दिया। अदालत ने कहा कि पहले निचली अदालत इसका फैसला करेगी।
