Chandigarh, May 18 (Press Ki Taquat Bureau) :\u00a0 Punjab Health and Family Welfare Minister Dr. Vijay Singla has assured the delegation of Punjab Chapter of Indian Medical Association (IMA) to expedite the payment of arrears under Ayushman Health Insurance Scheme.<\/p>\n
During the meeting, Dr. Singla, after patient hearing to the grievances of the doctors of private hospitals treating the people under the Ayushman Health Insurance Scheme, said that the scheme would be implemented in more efficient manner by removing the hindrances inherited by the previous government.<\/p>\n
On the occasion, the Health Minister urged to the IMA to start the work of treating the people under the Ayushman Insurance Scheme in public interest as soon as possible.<\/p>\n
Speaking on the occasion, IMA\u00a0\u00a0Punjab Chapter President Dr. Paramjit Mann assured the Health Minister that the treatment of patients under Ayushman Health Insurance Scheme in the state would be started by the doctors of private hospitals from tomorrow.<\/p>\n
\u00a0In the meeting, among others, Dr.\u00a0\u00a0SPS\u00a0\u00a0Sooch, Dr.\u00a0\u00a0R.S.\u00a0\u00a0Bal, Dr.\u00a0\u00a0Manoj Sobti, Dr.\u00a0\u00a0R.S.\u00a0\u00a0Parmar, Dr.\u00a0\u00a0Rakesh Vig, Dr.\u00a0\u00a0Janak Raj Singla, Dr.\u00a0\u00a0Bhagwant Singh, Dr.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Sunil Katiyal\u00a0\u00a0Dr. Sanjeev Mittal\u00a0\u00a0Dr.Ashish Ohri, Dr.\u00a0\u00a0Sarabjit Singh and Dr.\u00a0\u00a0Divyansh Gupta was present.<\/p>\n
