Celebrity trainer Kris Gethin, who has worked with Bollywood stars such as\u00a0Hrithik Roshan<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Vicky Kaushal<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0closely, opened up about their different approach to work. He said that Vicky is \u2018too nice\u2019 to turn down unreasonable work-related requests and can survive on very little sleep, but Hrithik would never compromise on recovery because he\u2019s built differently. In an interview, Gethin spoke about his longtime association with Hrithik, and said that he only works with the people whom he can vibe with on a human level.<\/p>\n

Asked if he has noticed any striking differences between the actors that he works with, Gethin told India Today, \u201cLet\u2019s talk about Vicky and Hrithik. With Vicky, he doesn\u2019t sleep much, because his hours are just so, so long. I had this issue with\u00a0 John Abraham<\/a>\u00a0as well, where these people are too nice. Vicky is one of the nicest people I\u2019ve ever met, and I don\u2019t think he likes to say no to too many people, so if the directors want him shooting till silly o\u2019clock, he does that. Sometimes, he\u2019ll be running on four hours sleep. But you would never know. He doesn\u2019t come across tired, he doesn\u2019t moan, he doesn\u2019t whinge, and on the set he\u2019s so energetic. But that wouldn\u2019t happen with Hrithik.\u201d<\/p>\n

Gethin explained, \u201cHe\u2019s so much more injury prone, since he has been a child. That lack of sleep would lead to so much inflammation in his body that he\u2019d be injured constantly. So, it\u2019s a priority for him. And those contrasts are very, very apparent. I could probably get Hrithik training six days a week even though he\u2019s 50 this year. His body will just adapt, because he\u2019s focusing on his recovery and sleep. With Vicky, even though he\u2019s a lot younger, the maximum would be five days a week; probably four. Because he just doesn\u2019t sleep as much. But it bothers me more than it bothers him.\u201d<\/p>\n

Hrithik is currently gearing up for the release of director Siddharth Anand\u2019s Fighter, which also features\u00a0 Deepika Padukone<\/a>\u00a0and Anil Kapoor. Vicky was recently seen in the biopic\u00a0Sam Bahadur<\/a><\/strong>.
