Australian and Israeli diplomats on Thursday marked the Hindi Diwas in style with the former reciting their favourite Hindi proverbs and the latter posting videos showing top diplomats delivering dialogues from hit Hindi films.<\/p>\n

Prime Minister Narendra Modi lauded both the efforts as heartwarming videos of foreign officials went viral.<\/p>\n

The Australian High Commissioner to India Philip Green posted the video on X, saying \u201cHindi is popular not only in Australia, but also among our diplomats based in Delhi. On the occasion of Hindi Diwas our diplomats are sharing with you their favourite Hindi proverbs that inspire them.\u201d<\/p>\n

The video shows one diplomat reciting Kabir\u2019s \u201cKaal kare so aaj kar\u201d doha and others sharing their own personal favourites such as \u201cSaanch ko aanch kahaan\u201d, \u201cKoshish karne waalon ki kabhi haar nahi hoti\u201d and \u201cJaisa des waisa bhes.\u201d<\/p>\n

Israeli embassy also posted a video of their diplomats delivering dialogues from top Bollywood films to make their love for Hindi language known.<\/p>\n
The\u00a0dialogues they shared include \u201cMain apni favourite hoon\u201d picturised on Kareena Kapoor in \u2018Jab we met\u2019; \u201cParampara, pratishtha aur anushaasan Israel embassy ke teen stambh hain\u201d; \u201cEk chutki sindoor ki keemat tum kya jaano\u201d; and \u201cDevi Prasad ghar par hai?\u201d picturised on Paresh Rawal in \u2018Hera Pheri\u2019.<\/p>\n
